Customers who complete our surveys have the opportunity to receive free product. This will be limited to the first 100 completed surveys of any single survey. The terms and conditions are as follows:

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be UK residents.
2. Only one entry per household is permitted.
3. By participating in this survey, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Those drawn will receive free facial products – to be determined. There is no cash alternative.
5. The allocation will close on the third day after the survey is issued and there is no end date. All completed and eligible surveys that are completed during the first three days post publishing the suvery and received by 5pm on the third day of the month will be entered into the allocation of product, but only the first 100 will receive product.
6. The product will be sent within fourteen days of the closing date.
7. Incomplete, illegible or late surveys will not be accepted. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Employees of Consuma Paper Products, its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
9. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England.
